A deliciously spiced, butter caramel with robust pu’erh from China! Our Pu’erh Caramel Chai is surprisingly sweet and the addition of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg only enhance the caramel flavor. The pu’erh base is deep, earthy and the flavor once steeped is salted, vanilla, sweet caramel, umami-like, very rich, smooth, and chai spiced. Sweet spicy caramel is very nicely balanced with the smoothness of this aged pu’erh. Each of the spices included really come through in this blend. Pu’erh Caramel Chai is delicious brewed straight up, ultra decadent prepared with milk and sugar.
Brew it double strength and pour it over hot milk for a unique pu’erh caramel macchiato!

Ingredients: Organic Pu-erh tea, caramel, cinnamon, ginger, flavors, cloves, nutmeg
Caffeine Level: High
Preparation: Use 1 tsp of tea per 8oz/200ml of water. Heat water to 205F/95C and steep for 3-4 minutes.
You can drink this by itself if you wanted to. Love the taste of cinnamon and warm spices, specially during the fall.
This has become my replacement from my usual morning cup of joe. It is so rich in flavor.
Although the tea is fantastic, my favorite thing about this tea is the quote by Carl Jung “Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakes.” Every time I read it, specially as I sip my cut of tea, I feel super grounded and helps me become more self-aware. Amazing.
