Directions: Set good intentions, clear the mind, and deeply connect with the sacred energy of the plant. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. Use a feather to blow the smoke and keep the fire burning. Walk around the space to clear the energy, with prayer and/or heart blessings. Use a small bowl or plate to catch the ashes. Once done turn off the stick and know it is done.
